What an awesome weekend! We were offered a couple of back to back shows with Five Iron Frenzy– the first was at the Glass House (unannounced because of our June 30th show) FIF sold out the show in days and tickets were being sold as high as $250! The last time we played with FIF was at the Nile Theater in AZ way back in 2000. Huge thanks to Sunny (ex-Jeffries Fan Club guitarist) for hooking us up! The next show was at the House of Blues in San Diego. This was our first time playing there and we hope to play again asap. The staff there was amazing- the sound guys were top notch, great food, even the security guys were cool. Five Iron Frenzy has some dedicated fans- we heard that people came from all over the US to see them reunite! All around, a great weekend. Cool band, amazing fans, and we hope to get the opportunity to rock with them again soon.
